How do you ensure my plants arrive safely?
We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to keep succulents secure and upright during transit. Each plant is carefully insulated to protect against temperature fluctuations.
What is your policy on plants that arrive damaged?
We offer a 48-hour 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your succulent arrives in poor condition, simply send us a photo within 2 days of delivery, and we will ship a replacement immediately.
How often should I water my new succulents?
Most succulents prefer the 'soak and dry' method. Water only when the soil is completely dry to the touch, typically every 2-3 weeks depending on your home's humidity.
Do you ship during the winter months?
Yes, we ship year-round. During colder months, we recommend adding a 72-hour heat pack to your order at checkout to prevent freezing during transit.
Can I return a plant if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns once they have been shipped. However, we do accept returns on non-living items like pots and tools within 30 days.
